Our password policy is as simple as possible while retaining security of your information.
Maptek Account passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Passwords are checked against common passwords to ensure they are unique. Passwords consisting of repeating characters are not permitted.
You can choose from the following characters when setting your password:
- Letters - Uppercase and lowercase. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Numbers & symbols - Any symbol you can type, including unicode symbols, accented and logographic characters.
- Spaces - Spaces are not permitted at the beginning or the end of your password; spaces inside the password are accepted.
